About Us Berger Real Estate has over thirty years experience in ownership and property management. Currently we have over 175 residential rental units scattered throughout the Pittsburgh area. With the majority of our units in Mount Washington, we also have property in Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Regent Square, Baldwin, Brentwood, Dormont, Mt Lebanon and West View. Additionally, we own or manage several office buildings in the Cultural District in downtown Pittsburgh such as the Renshaw Building, Conover Building and the Triangle Building. We have 2 office employees who handle the financial, leasing and overall management of the day to day business. We also have 3 full-time experienced maintenance technicians who are on-call 24 hours a day. We enjoy an excellent reputation with our tenants and consistently maintain an occupancy rate of 95% or higher.
