$35.00 Application Fee for each applicant. First month's rent due with application. Separate checks required for Application Fee and First Month's Rent Security Deposit in the amount of one month's rent due upon signing of the lease. Security Deposit must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order. A Pet Deposit in the amount of $250/pet is required upon signing of the lease.
